In her new role, Reynolds will support Western’s Region 7 branches in developing and implementing growth strategies, cultivating new customer opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Her efforts will support Western’s continued growth across the Washington, D.C., New York and New Jersey markets.

Reynolds brings extensive business development experience to Western. Before joining the company, she served as Director of Business Development at Holder Group, where she focused on developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
